Into the Blue

Identical twins Lyndon and Derrick Jameson were well on their way to becoming Canada’s newest saltwater ecosystem supplier. Their mission: to revolutionize aquaculture by providing environmentally friendly alternatives to purchasing saltwater fish, invertebrates and corals so customers can create and enjoy beautiful saltwater tanks in their home or business. So when the boys were ready to launch, we were overly excited to take the plunge with them. We started by giving them a new name that was entirely inspired by their passion, knowledge, and respect for marine biology.

We wanted to bring that same reverence to the brothers’ identity. Letter forms were specifically designed to morph from barren structures to living organic shapes representing water, fish, invertebrates, and corals, evoking the energy and life inherent in a coral reef. Ultimately, this transformation is the goal for their clients; bringing custom saltwater ecosystems to life.
